Q: How do I check my order status?
A: We will usually send you the order number on the day after the goods are shipped.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: if you want to change or cancel your order please contact us within 5 hours after your order placed . However, if the order has been market "shipped", You will not able to cancel or change the order.
Q: What is your return policy? Is there a restocking fee if I want to request a refund?
- A: We do not charge costs for re-stocking, but we have a few simple return conditions.
- Request for reimbursement must be made within 15 days of the date of receipt.
- If the replacement item is not in stock, we will give you a store credit of your purchase value.
- The shipping costs for returning defective goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Q:My product is defective and I need a return or replacement. What should I do?
A: Simple. Go to the "contact us" page, send an email to us and request RMA, an email containing the instruction only with the RMA # will be sent to you soon. Pack the return according to the instructions and send it back to us. A replacement will be sent to you as soon as we have received your return or the refund will be credited to your account if you have requested it.
